Ka H. Leung is a California and Nevada licensed attorney with experience in insurance defense, catastrophic injuries, and construction defects litigations. Mr. Leung is known among his colleagues for his unique skill in advocating for clients with his fresh and effective negotiation and litigation style. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Eric K. Chen, Mr. Leung served as an in-house litigator for a Fortune 500 insurer where he handled and supervised a wide range of civil litigations. Mr. Leung is experienced in resolving cases relating car accidents, trip and falls, negligent security, common carrier liability, falling objects, accidents involving minors, unfair insurance claims practices, and other personal injury matters. Mr. Leung received his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He was a former intern for the Superior Court of California in San Francisco Complex Litigation Department and the Nevada System of Higher Education. Outside of work, Mr. Leung is a father, pilot, diver, and an avid motorcyclist.
